These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phtaya4 ("phtaya4," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phtaya4 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at phtaya4.app and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces.

By accessing the phtaya4 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and phtaya4.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use the phtaya4 platform and must immediately discontinue any use thereof. phtaya4 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on phtaya4, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your applicable jurisdiction.
• Online gaming must be legal in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the phtaya4 platform. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of phtaya4 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the phtaya4 platform or any other gaming platform operated by phtaya4 or its affiliates.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

phtaya4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or Voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phtaya4 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active phtaya4 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phtaya4 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

phtaya4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify phtaya4 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.

All transactions conducted through your phtaya4 account — including deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonus claims — are deemed to have been made by you and are your sole responsibility. phtaya4 is entitled to rely on instructions received through your account as if they were given by you personally.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information associated with your phtaya4 account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method must be submitted through the official account management process and may require re-verification.

phtaya4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of Philippine-friendly payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as published on the platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phtaya4 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the platform. phtaya4 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. phtaya4 processes approved withdrawals within the timeframes published on the platform, which may vary by payment method. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your phtaya4 account, or to a verified account in your own name. phtaya4 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering: phtaya4 is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. Deposits made to phtaya4 must originate from legitimate, lawfully obtained funds.

phtaya4 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if we have reason to believe the deposit was made fraudulently, in error, or in violation of these Terms.

phtaya4 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all phtaya4 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phtaya4 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• phtaya4 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and in active use will be honored under the terms applicable at the time of claim.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the phtaya4 platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and sports betting — are governed by the specific rules published within each game or game category. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.

phtaya4 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, phtaya4 will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, phtaya4 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. phtaya4 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

phtaya4 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for its slot games. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results do not predict future performance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtaya4 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one phtaya4 account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with phtaya4.
• Using the phtaya4 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the phtaya4 platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts , scrapers, or other unauthorized tools to access or interact with the phtaya4 platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Accessing the phtaya4 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the phtaya4 platform or the experience of other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any phtaya4 software or game.

All content on the phtaya4 platform — including but not limited to the phtaya4 brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of phtaya4 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phtaya4 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phtaya4 content without prior written authorization from phtaya4.

Any unauthorized use of phtaya4 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtaya4 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phtaya4 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

phtaya4's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtaya4 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The phtaya4 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phtaya4 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phtaya4's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phtaya4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

phtaya4 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your phtaya4 account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phtaya4 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

phtaya4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game rules.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player or a notification from a recognized responsible gaming body.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, phtaya4 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements) to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance review. phtaya4 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where fraud or breach of these Terms is suspected.

You may close your phtaya4 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and phtaya4, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. phtaya4 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

phtaya4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phtaya4 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the phtaya4 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
